Natalie Payne I started my hairdressing career in Toni & Guy as a Saturday girl in 2007 becoming an apprentice there after school. I completed many intensive hair courses in London enjoying being trained by some inspiring creative people. After 3 years of training I developed into a stylist and colour technician at the company and progressed with constant training from Wella and the creative team in the Toni & Guy Academy. I stayed with the company for five years. I then met Tony who owned ICON at the Liberty Stadium and felt this was the move that I needed to progress in my career. I started working in ICON in 2012 with a fantastic team. I went on many courses with L’Oreal to keep on top of current trends and styles. As well as hair I have progressed also to do beauty courses and currently doing a variety of treatments. Our team at ICON was expanding and growing. Tony felt we needed a bigger salon to progress and offer many more treatments and services so we moved into the town centre and opened Roco Salon And Spa and combined with the fantastic team from Pure Salon And Spa. We all gelled together perfectly and I feel it was the best move we have done, as we can now offer so much more for our clients. I feel so lucky to be part of a brilliant team and really look forward to the future.
